Mersey Burns was written by Chris Seaton, Rowan Pritchard Jones MD FRCS(Plast), and Professor Paul McArthur PhD FRCS(Plast), and is a product of Medicapps Ltd. It is regulated in the UK by the MHRA.
Mersey Burns won an Excellence in Innovation prize at the NHS North West Health Innovation Awards in 2011, was highly commended at the national E-Health Insider awards in 2012, and has been presented as the British Burns Association and the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. We have been featured in BBC News Online and in the Mirror.
